information listed here. Cruise & Travel Connection is
also not responsible for any printing or typographical errors.

loss of whatsoever nature to any one due to either non-availability
or use of any services or products described on this site
or any linked site.
The
fares and the rules are provided on this web site as general
guidelines for the purposes of itinerary planning only. Sale
of tickets and any subsequent changes/cancellations will be
governed as per the rules and fares of the airline governing
such a transaction. No claims are permissible with reference
to the rules mentioned on the web site. It is purchaser's
responsibility to confirm the rules before finalizing the
purchase.

Cruise
& Travel Connection reserves the right to refuse service
to any one. As per our operating policy, our travel consultants
may not contact you or respond to a service request if you
have not provided complete information on your request form,
or provided seemingly fraudulent information to circumvent
the edits of a form, or if the service requested is not provided
by Cruise & Travel Connection or any of its linked sites,
or if there is no availability for the service that you have
requested.
Cruise
& Travel Connection reserves the right to charge minimum
of $50.00 (US Dollars Fifty) per passenger if the passenger
or the person requesting on behalf of the passenger requests
research on multiple itineraries or is requesting an itinerary
that requires substantial investment of time by Cruise &
Travel Connection staff. This amount will be applied towards
the purchase amount if the sale is completed.
Cruise
and Travel Connection reserves the right to respond to only
those booking requests which it deems to be genuine and which
may result in securing confirmed reservations. Cruise &
Travel Connection will make its best efforts to secure confirmed
reservations and respond to each booking request in a reasonable
time.
TERMS
OF SALE:
This travel agency acts only as agent in all matters connected
with the making and securing of reservations for transportation,
accommodations, tours, and/or other arrangements for the retail
clients of this agency and for various disclosed principals
and contractors in the form of airlines, ship lines, tour
wholesalers, limousine services, and owners or contractors
providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services,
hereinafter referred to as "suppliers". This travel
agency does not own, manage, control, or operate any transportation
vehicle, hotel, restaurant, insurance company, tour or sightseeing
company or any other service that would fit into the classification
of "supplier". As an agent, all coupons, exchange
orders, receipts, contracts, end tickets issued by this travel
agent and/or other "suppliers" are subject to any
and all related tariffs as well as the Terms and Conditions
specified by each "supplier". The acceptance of
such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and/or
tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the foregoing conditions
and also to the further condition that neither this travel
agency nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable
or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person,
property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations,
transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly
from any acts of God, including but not limited to dangers
incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment,
acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto,
wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances,
strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines
medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations
of or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any
cause beyond the control of this travel agency or from any
loss or damage resulting from insufficient improperly issued
passports, visas or other documents and that neither this
travel agency nor any of its representatives shall be or become
liable or responsible for any additional or liability sustained
or incurred as a result of the foregoing causes. This travel
agency is neither responsible nor liable for defaults of "suppliers"
or any other person, company or incorporation not directly
under its control. In the case of air, ship, rail, automobile,
or other form of transportation, the passenger contract in
use by the provider of such transportation, when issued, shall
constitute the sole contract between the passenger and such
airline, ship line, railroad, car rental, or other company.
By
accepting the coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts,
and/or tickets related to a travel service arranged by this
agency, the purchaser indemnifies the agency and its suppliers
against any damages, law suits and any other loss due to the
use, misuse or non-availability of such services to any extent.
In the event a third-party files a claim or lawsuit against
the agency related to the purchase transaction of the purchaser,
the purchaser indemnifies the travel agency against all such
actions and agrees to reimburse all costs borne by the agency
related to the claim or lawsuit.
